AffiliScan offers both a free plan and paid subscription plans. Refunds on paid plans are handled at our discretion unless otherwise required by applicable law. This policy explains how cancellations and refund requests are managed.

Subscriptions and cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

• ·Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• ·You will not be charged for any subsequent billing cycles after cancellation.
• ·Access to paid features continues until the end of the billing period.
• ·We do not provide refunds for unused time remaining in a billing period.

Refunds

Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis. We may consider issuing a refund in situations such as:

• ·Duplicate or accidental charges
• ·Billing errors on our part
• ·Significant technical issues that prevent use of the service and cannot be reasonably resolved

All refund decisions are made at our sole discretion.

Non-refundable situations

Refunds will generally not be provided for:

• ·Change of mind or unused subscriptions
• ·Failure to cancel before a renewal date
• ·Normal service limitations or expected product behaviour
• ·Accounts suspended or terminated for violations of our Terms of Service

Annual subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the full year. Unless otherwise required by law, we do not offer prorated refunds for unused portions of annual subscriptions.
